HR Manager – Technology | Dubai AED 15,000 per month An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing technology company in Dubai as its first dedicated HR Manager. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on HR operations, employee lifecycle management and establishing effective HR processes as the business continues to grow. Key responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day HR operations and the full employee lifecycle • Oversee onboarding, contracts, leave, payroll coordination and offboarding • Develop and implement HR policies and processes • Manage employee relations and provide HR guidance to management • Support recruitment and workforce growth • Ensure UAE employment and HR compliance • Build the HR function and processes from the ground up The ideal candidate: • Proven experience as an HR Manager within a technology/IT business • UAE HR experience and strong knowledge of local employment practices • Comfortable working independently as the first HR hire • Hands-on, organised and commercially minded • Experience within a fast-growing business is highly desirable This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a growing technology business at an early stage and play a key role in building its HR function from the ground up.
