About Your Team You will lead and coordinate logistics activities on a given project and work closely with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal construction teams to implement effective site logistics strategies, monitor compliance, and drive continuous improvement. You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to logistics personnel, ensuring resources are effectively allocated across site activities and that project logistics requirements are consistently achieved. Your Role As a Senior Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for: • Leading project logistics operations and coordinating logistics teams • Developing and implementing site logistics plans aligned with project requirements • Managing material movement, access, transport systems, plant, and site setup • Coordinating logistics activities with construction, planning, commercial, HSE, and subcontractor teams • Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and project requirements • Monitoring plant utilization, logistics costs, and operational performance • Maintaining key logistics documentation and supporting inspections and audits • Driving efficient and innovative logistics solutions across high-end fit-out projects What We’re Looking For Experience: • 8–10 years of experience in construction logistics, site engineering, or a related field • Mandatory experience in high-end, luxury, and ultra-luxury fit-out projects • Proven experience managing logistics operations on major construction and fit-out projects • Experience leading logistics teams and coordinating multiple disciplines and stakeholders • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent qualification • LEEA / Appointed Person certification is an advantage Knowledge & Skills: • Strong knowledge of site logistics planning, material movement, plant operations, and transportation systems • Understanding of safety, environmental, LEED, and Estidama requirements • Strong planning, analytical, communication, and leadership skills • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and logistics planning software • Strong coordination and stakeholder management capabilities What We Offer • The opportunity to lead logistics operations across landmark high-end, luxury, and ultra-luxury construction and fit-out projects across the region • A collaborative and project-driven environment committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement • A senior role where your expertise in logistics planning, site coordination, plant management, and high-end fit-out delivery directly impacts project success • The opportunity to lead and develop logistics teams while working closely with leading consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders Ready to elevate your career? Experience: 8–10 years of experience in construction logistics, site engineering, or a related field. Mandatory experience in high-end, luxury, and ultra-luxury fit-out projects.
