Position: Business Development Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Recruitment & Manpower Outsourcing About the Role We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE recruitment and manpower outsourcing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of companies requiring manpower and a proven track record of acquiring new clients, generating business opportunities, and converting leads into long-term recruitment and outsourcing contracts. Key Responsibilities • Identify and acquire new clients across the UAE with manpower requirements. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies, contractors, facilities management companies, construction companies, hospitality groups, logistics companies, and other organizations requiring manpower. • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, client visits, networking, referrals, market research, and existing industry contacts. • Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment. • Prepare and present company recruitment and manpower outsourcing solutions to prospective clients. • Negotiate commercial terms, service agreements, and contracts with clients. • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and annual business targets. • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, HR managers, procurement teams, and business owners. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, salary levels, and manpower demand across the UAE. • Follow up on proposals, quotations, and leads to convert prospects into active clients. • Ensure excellent client satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business and expansion. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, proposals, and sales activities. Candidate Requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales within the UAE recruitment, manpower supply, or outsourcing industry. • Recruitment and manpower outsourcing industry experience is mandatory. • Proven experience in acquiring clients with manpower requirements. • Strong existing network of UAE-based clients and decision-makers will be highly preferred. • Experience dealing with clients from sectors such as construction, facilities management, hospitality, cleaning, logistics, security, maintenance, and other -intensive industries. • Strong knowledge of the UAE manpower recruitment and outsourcing market. • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills. • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets. • Strong business networking and client acquisition skills.
