Digital Business Analyst - SFCC, Ecom & Mobile

Job Description:- Responsibilities • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in eCommerce or digital product environments • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) • Working knowledge of mobile application development lifecycles (iOS/Android) • Strong understanding of eCommerce concepts: catalogs, checkout, payments, promotions, shipping, OMS, and WMS • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models • Working knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds) • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA and Confluence Show more Show less
