Section Head – Commercial Initiatives 📍 Location: Abu Dhabi 💼 Experience: 6+ years 🏗️ Industry: Construction / Infrastructure We are looking for an experienced Section Head – Commercial Initiatives to lead commercial strategy, business development, strategic partnerships, and new commercial initiatives within a leading Abu Dhabi organization. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with organizational objectives • Identify new business opportunities, markets, projects and growth areas • Lead strategic partnerships with government entities, contractors, vendors and private-sector stakeholders • Drive business development initiatives and commercial proposals • Conduct financial feasibility, profitability and risk analysis • Negotiate and finalize contracts with external partners • Monitor commercial performance and report against KPIs and targets • Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field • 6+ years of progressive experience in commercial management, business development or a related function • Strong experience within the construction/infrastructure sector • Strong financial and analytical capabilities • Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder-management skills • Proven track record in developing and implementing commercial strategies • Knowledge of relevant construction-sector regulations and compliance • MBA is preferred Show more Show less
