Job Title: Project Manager Job Code: JPC - 6404 Location : Abu Dhabi - UAE Experience: 10 : 20 Years Education: Bachelor Degree Language: Excellent in English Job Description • Lead end-to-end delivery of workplace and corporate real estate projects from inception to completion. • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk registers, and change control processes. • Develop and maintain project execution plans and delivery strategies. • Coordinate architects, designers, project managers, cost consultants, and contractors. • Lead office fit-out delivery including workplace design, construction, furniture procurement, technology integration, security systems, and facility readiness. • Deliver workspace reconfigurations, departmental relocations, growth requirements, and workplace optimization initiatives. • Lead office closures, lease exits, consolidations, and relocation programs. • Build strong relationships with leadership, IT, HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Security, and Business Support team • Develop project budgets and business cases. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or related discipline. • PMP, PRINCE2, RICS, or equivalent professional certification preferred. • Additional qualifications in workplace strategy, facilities management, or real estate considered advantageous. • Proven experience managing: • New office openings • Corporate office fit-outs • Workplace transformation projects • Moves, Adds & Changes (MAC) • Office decommissioning and relocation projects Show more Show less
