Role - Project Manager Location - Dubai Salary - 30 K AED Job Overview: Project Manager to oversee and coordinate real estate development projects across internal departments and external stakeholders. This role is not responsible for site-level construction management but rather serves as the central point of contact to ensure seamless communication, timely updates, and project alignment across all teams involved. The ideal candidate will have experience in the real estate development industry and a strong understanding of project workflows, cross-functional coordination, and executive reporting. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Real Estate, or a related field. • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate development project coordination or cross-functional project management. • Strong understanding of real estate development processes (planning, design, approvals, sales cycle, etc.). • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Office, project tracking tools (e.g., Excel, Asana, Trello), and presentation tools. • Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and able to manage multiple moving parts under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities: • Act as the central liaison between internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Design, Finance, Legal, etc.) and external stakeholders (consultants, contractors, government entities, brokers). • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure smooth project progression. • Facilitate regular project meetings, document action points, and follow up with relevant teams. • Provide management with timely and accurate updates on project milestones, risks, and bottlenecks. • Coordinate the flow of information and documentation across multiple teams and ensure alignment with project goals. • Support in resolving inter-departmental issues and escalating concerns to senior management when necessary. • Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports for internal use and leadership reviews. • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation required for internal or external communication.
