Business Development Executive | Higher Education Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 15,000 + education allowance Arabic is mandatory A leading international higher education institution is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive corporate and government engagement, partnerships and student recruitment across the UAE and wider GCC. Key responsibilities: • Develop corporate and government relationships and identify new business opportunities • Drive corporate student recruitment, lead generation and enrolment • Manage partnerships, accounts, sponsorships and networking opportunities • Deliver presentations and represent the institution at relevant events • Manage CRM pipeline and analyse market and recruitment data • Work closely with internal teams to support recruitment and commercial targets Requirements: • 3–5 years’ experience in business development, B2B sales, partnerships or government engagement • Strong corporate/government stakeholder network • Fluent English and Arabic (spoken and written) • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills • Higher education, executive education or professional services experience is advantageous • Flexible to attend occasional evening/weekend events and travel within the GCC Please note that due to the high volume of applications received only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
