Key Responsibilities • Supervise daily greenhouse operations for main vegetable crops i.e. tomato, strawberry, pepper, lettuce, and cucumber. • Organize and supervise daily tasks for greenhouse workers and labor teams. • Manage hydroponic, irrigation and fertigation programs according to crop type and growth stage. • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and biosecurity standards. • Maintain daily operational records and production reports. • Coordinate with maintenance, logistics, and supply teams.
