Role Description The Customer Service Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. This position is responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring timely and accurate responses. The role includes resolving complaints, providing product and service information, and maintaining records of interactions in the company’s systems. The Customer Service Officer will collaborate with internal teams to follow up on customer requests, support service delivery, and escalate issues when necessary. Daily tasks also involve monitoring customer feedback, contributing to process improvements, and supporting initiatives that enhance overall customer experience.
