Looking for an experienced HVAC Procurement Engineer. Job Description We are looking for a Procurement Engineer with strong HVAC material knowledge to handle end-to-end procurement for HVAC projects. Key Responsibilities • Handle complete procurement cycle for HVAC projects - VRF/VRV, Chiller, AHU, FCU, Ducting, Piping, Insulation, Copper, Refrigerants • Source, negotiate and finalize vendors/suppliers for HVAC materials & equipment • Float enquiries, evaluate quotations technically & commercially, prepare comparison sheets • Coordinate with Estimation, Design, Project & Site teams for material requirements • Ensure timely procurement as per project schedule and BOQ specifications • Maintain approved vendor list, track orders, delivery schedules and follow-ups • Ensure cost optimization, quality compliance and adherence to project specs • Handle import documentation, logistics and coordination with warehouse • Prepare PO, GRN, and maintain procurement reports & documentation • Ensure compliance with UAE market standards and project requirements Requirements • B.E / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - Mandatory • 2-4 Years proven experience as Procurement Engineer in HVAC Projects / MEP Contracting in UAE/GCC • Strong knowledge of HVAC materials, brands, specs - Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Trane, Carrier etc. • Experience in vendor development, negotiation and cost comparison • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP (SAP/Oracle/Tally) and procurement software • Good knowledge of UAE HVAC market and suppliers • Must be currently available in UAE/Dubai and able to join immediately • Valid UAE Driving License is an added advantage Benefits • Salary AED 4,000 - 4,500 + Standard UAE Benefits • Work with leading MEP company - Premium projects • Career growth and stability • Immediate joining How To Apply Interested candidates meeting the criteria, please send your CV via DM / WhatsApp with current visa status and availability.
