A new all-day restaurant opening in Dubai within weeks. One room, three registers: mornings, a full lunch service, and an evening that fills from the city rather than from a hotel lobby. All-day service, which means three different rooms in one shift: breakfast, a long lunch, and an evening that runs on drinks and small plates.
