Location: Dubai, UAE Type: Full-Time Role Overview The Retail Sales Administrator supports the gallery’s commercial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless coordination across sales, records, and logistics. Key Responsibilities • Welcome and assist clients and guests with professionalism and warmth • Manage reception duties and client inquiries • Prepare sales documentation, invoices, and client records • Maintain sales and inventory tracking • Coordinate logistics and delivery of sold art pieces • Support sales follow-ups and administrative processes Profile • 2–3 years of experience in sales administration, retail, gallery operations, luxury retail, or logistics • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field • Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and coordinating with different parties • Previous experience in a gallery, design, art, luxury, or creative environment is an advantage • Based in the UAE Show more Show less
