Description Job Purpose: Responsible for ensuring the quality assurance activities at FCMS comply with quality standards set by the accreditation agencies. Key Responsibilities And Duties • Oversee the academic and administrative processes followed at FCMS and identifies quality improvement priorities. • Designs the quality assurance and quality control programs at various levels. • Prepares quality guidelines and training workshops for staff and students. • Guides to the implementation of quality improvement initiatives. • Reviews reports on the performance indicators and their improvement strategies. • Oversee the implementation of the Quality Strategic Plan and its progress reports and advice accordingly. • Advice on performance improvement according to agreed standards. • Monitors the implementation of the Quality Management System and reports the outcome. • Reports the quality assurance activities at FCMS to relevant bodies. • Guides the quality improvement projects in collaboration with the executive authorities. • Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
