• - PhD degree / Master's degree in quality management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• - Oversee the academic and administrative processes followed at FCMS and identifies quality improvement priorities.
• - Designs the quality assurance and quality control programs at various levels.
• - Prepares quality guidelines and training workshops for staff and students.
• - Guides to the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
• - Reviews reports on the performance indicators and their improvement strategies.
• - Oversee the implementation of the Quality Strategic Plan and its progress reports and advice accordingly.
• - Advice on performance improvement according to agreed standards.
• - Monitors the implementation of the Quality Management System and reports the outcome.
• - Reports the quality assurance activities at FCMS to relevant bodies.
• - Guides the quality improvement projects in collaboration with the executive authorities.
• - Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
