MARKETING MANAGER B2B | Environmental Services Dubai, UAE Salary: Up to 30,000 AED per month We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to join a leading organisation within the Environmental Services sector in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a B2B marketing professional who can develop and deliver effective marketing strategies, build brand awareness and generate high-quality leads in a competitive and growing industry. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement the overall B2B marketing strategy • Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email and offline channels • Drive lead generation and support the business development and sales teams • Develop compelling marketing content, including case studies, presentations, brochures and thought leadership • Manage the company's brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing materials • Oversee digital marketing activities, including website, SEO, social media and email campaigns • Plan and coordinate industry events, exhibitions and client engagement initiatives • Analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve ROI • Work closely with senior leadership, sales and operational teams • Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers and partners • Keep up to date with market trends, competitors and developments within environmental services Requirements: • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager within a B2B environment • Experience within Environmental Services, Sustainability, Facilities Management, Waste Management, Infrastructure or a related sector would be highly advantageous • Strong experience in lead generation and demand generation • Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign management • Strong content, communication and stakeholder management skills • Commercial mindset with the ability to measure marketing performance and ROI • Experience working closely with sales and business development teams • Based in Dubai or willing to relocate Package: • Salary up to 30,000 AED per month • Dubai-based role • Opportunity to work with a growing and innovative organisation within the Environmental Services sector Show more Show less
