Marketing Manager - Real Estate

Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Real Estate Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Marketing Manager to lead and manage our marketing function and support the company's overall sales growth. The ideal candidate must have strong UAE real estate experience, hands-on knowledge of off-plan and secondary-market marketing, and proven experience managing and leading a marketing team. This is a hands-on leadership role. We are looking for someone who can build strategies, manage people, execute campaigns, monitor performance, and directly contribute to lead generation and sales conversion. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute the company's overall real estate marketing strategy. • Lead and manage the in-house marketing team, including content, social media, design and performance marketing. • Allocate tasks, set targets, monitor productivity and ensure timely delivery. • Conduct regular team reviews and performance tracking. • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for off-plan, secondary-market and ready properties. • Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. • Develop lead-generation strategies focused on qualified buyers and investors. • Manage and optimize property listings across Property Finder, Bayut and other relevant portals. • Work closely with the sales team to improve lead allocation, response time, follow-up and conversion. • Develop content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other platforms. • Oversee creative production, property videos, reels, campaigns and promotional materials. • Manage CRM workflows, lead nurturing and marketing automation. • Monitor marketing KPIs including CPL, lead quality, conversion, campaign performance and ROI/ROAS. • Conduct competitor and market research to identify new marketing opportunities. • Build and improve marketing SOPs, processes and reporting systems. • Coordinate with developers, project teams, brokers and internal departments for project campaigns and launches. • Prepare regular marketing performance reports for management. • Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, projects, developers and investor segments. Requirements • 3+ years of UAE Real Estate Marketing experience. • Proven experience working with a Dubai real estate brokerage • Strong understanding of off-plan and secondary real estate marketing. • Mandatory: Previous hands-on experience managing a marketing team. • Experience managing and assigning work to designers, content creators, social media executives and/or performance marketers. • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads. • Experience with Property Finder, Bayut and other real estate portals. • Experience with CRM and lead management systems. • Strong understanding of real estate lead generation and sales funnels. • Ability to analyze campaign performance, CPL, lead quality and ROI. • Strong communication, leadership and team-management skills. • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the complete marketing function. • Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
