Site Engineer

Revive Building Contracting LLC is a Dubai-based contractor specializing in premium residential renovations, villa extensions, interior fit-outs, landscaping and swimming pools. We are looking for a hands-on Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate our residential renovation projects across Dubai. Key Responsibilities • Supervise daily site activities, manpower and subcontractors. • Ensure works follow drawings, specifications and quality standards. • Plan daily/weekly activities and monitor project progress. • Coordinate materials and deliveries with Procurement. • Monitor workmanship, resolve site issues and manage snagging. • Upload daily time sheets and material requests on our project management software. • Provide regular progress updates to the Project Engineer and Project Manager. Requirements • 0-3+ years experience in residential renovation, fit-out or villa construction. • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. • Good knowledge of civil, MEP and finishing works. • Ability to read architectural and technical drawings. • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills. • UAE driving licence preferred.
