Civil Project Engineer – Building

About the Role: We are seeking a Civil Project Engineer to join our building construction team, supporting the technical planning, coordination, and delivery of civil and structural works from foundations through to finishing. The role involves close coordination with consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: • Support planning, scheduling, and coordination of civil and structural works. • Review structural and civil drawings and coordinate technical queries with consultants. • Monitor site progress against project schedules and highlight risks or delays. • Coordinate with procurement and contracts teams on materials, subcontractors, and BOQs. • Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and quality standards. • Coordinate with site engineers and subcontractors to ensure proper execution of works. • Prepare and manage RFIs, technical submittals, method statements, and project documentation. • Support cost control, variations, and change management. • Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors. Requirements & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. • 4–8 years of experience in building construction projects. • Strong knowledge of civil and structural construction processes and standards. • Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project is preferred. • Strong technical, coordination, analytical, and organizational skills. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. 4–8 years of experience in building construction projects. Strong knowledge of civil and structural construction processes and standards.
