Principal Recruiter – Financial Services Dubai, UAE We are a specialist financial services recruitment firm with an established international buy-side network across hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, systematic investment managers. We typically place quantitative researchers/developers, software engineers and risk managers into world renown hedge funds and trading firms. The Role This is a senior individual contributor role with significant autonomy. You will manage your own desk, develop existing client relationships and build new business across the UAE, wider Middle East and our established international markets. Our core expertise spans quantitative research, trading, technology and senior financial services hiring, with an established network across the global buy-side. What You'll Be Doing • Managing end-to-end recruitment across financial services mandates • Building relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, and trading firms • Managing senior hiring manager and candidate relationships independently • Developing new client opportunities across the UAE and wider GCC • Running multiple searches with a high degree of autonomy and ownership • Leveraging our existing international client and candidate network to build your market What We're Looking For • 5+ years' recruitment experience, ideally within quantitative trading and technology • Proven track record as a successful 360 recruiter / biller • Strong client development and relationship-management experience • Experience managing mid-to-senior level searches independently • Commercially driven, self-motivated and comfortable operating with autonomy Particularly Beneficial • Recruitment experience across hedge funds, asset management, quantitative finance, trading, technology • Experience placing Mid-MD level candidates • Track record of winning retained or exclusive mandates What We Offer • Competitive UAE basic salary + uncapped commission • Established international financial services client network • Opportunity to build and own a UAE/GCC desk • High-trust environment designed for experienced recruiters — no micromanagement or unnecessary KPIs • Hybrid/flexible working • Paid annual leave • Performance incentives • Genuine scope to grow with the Dubai business Show more Show less
