WE’RE HIRING | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & SALES MANAGER — DUBAI REAL ESTATE 📍Dubai, UAE | Full-time | Office + client meetings Want to build your network in Dubai’s real estate market and directly influence your income? My Holiday Home is a fast-growing property management company specializing in mid & short-term rentals in the UAE. We currently manage around 100 properties and are actively expanding. We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager who can bring in new property owners, build strong industry partnerships, and help us grow our portfolio. 🔑 YOUR ROLE You will be responsible for the full sales cycle — from finding and approaching potential clients to negotiating and closing management agreements. Your key responsibilities: • Acquire new property owners and properties for management • Build partnerships with real estate brokers, agencies, investors & developers • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations • Prepare commercial proposals with our internal team • Manage leads and the full sales process in CRM • Build and maintain long-term client relationships • Consistently achieve new property acquisition targets 🎯 WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Proven experience in sales or business development • Experience in the UAE real estate market • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Understanding of the **Dubai real estate market • Experience with CRM systems • Fluent English ⭐ BIG PLUS IF YOU HAVE • Experience in Real Estate, Holiday Homes, Hospitality or Property Management • An existing network of brokers, investors, or property owners • Experience acquiring properties for management • UAE driving license + own car 💰 WHAT WE OFFER Fixed salary + uncapped commission You earn a commission for every successfully acquired property Plus: • Direct impact on the growth of a rapidly expanding company • Full support from our operational and analytical teams • Professional development and career growth • Opportunity to build a strong network in Dubai’s real estate market 📩 Interested?
