Senior Human Resources Business Partner

We are working with a bank in the UAE to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner. This role suits an experienced HR professional looking to work closely with senior stakeholders in a banking environment. The Role Reporting into the HR head, you will act as a business partner to senior leaders, aligning HR activity with business needs. The role covers the full HR remit, including policy, organisation design, talent, performance, and change. Key Responsibilities • Partner with business leaders to support people strategies aligned to business objectives • Advise on HR policies, procedures, and best practice • Support organisation design and workforce planning • Manage a range of HR activities including performance, talent, employee relations, and change • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the business • Work across banking functions to deliver HR solutions Requirements • Currently based in the UAE and working within a bank (essential) • Minimum 5 years' HR experience within a bank in the UAE • Degree educated, with a relevant HR qualification (e.g. CIPD or equivalent) • Sound knowledge of HR policies, organisation design, and wider HR disciplines • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to work effectively across functions Please note: Due to client requirements, only candidates currently based in the UAE and working within a bank will be considered.
