Receptionist- Arabic Speaker (12 Months Contract)

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist- Arabic Speaker (12 Months Contract) for our client to be based out of their Dubai Office. Key Responsibilities- • Maintain cleanliness + readiness of pantry, reception, & meeting rooms. • Prepare and serve beverages and refreshments to staff and VIP guests. • Support logistics and setup for board meetings and high-level internal events. • Replenish hospitality supplies and manage basic admin/logistics support. • Ensure a warm, professional, and guest-focused atmosphere always. • Act as the Workplace Experience Champion by identifying ways to elevate comfort, service standards, and ambiance in collaboration with the Workplace Experience team. Skills- • Can work independently with minimal supervision. • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Proactive, resourceful, and service-oriented mindset. • Previous experience in office support, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred. • Fluent in English (spoken and written), Arabic. • Presentable and professional demeanor.
