We are currently hiring a Guest Relations Host - Arabic Speaker on behalf of a prestigious client, based in their Dubai office. Job Purpose: This role is more than just operational — the selected candidate will be a champion of Workplace Experience, ensuring that our environment reflects our organizational values of hospitality, efficiency, & excellence. From maintaining a guest-ready space to supporting event execution and ensuring seamless day-to-day experiences for staff and visitors, this person will embody the essence of workplace hospitality and service culture. Job Responsibilities: • Maintain cleanliness + readiness of pantry, reception, & meeting rooms. • Prepare and serve beverages and refreshments to staff and VIP guests. • Support logistics and setup for board meetings and high-level internal events. • Replenish hospitality supplies and manage basic admin/logistics support. • Ensure a warm, professional, and guest-focused atmosphere always. • Act as the Workplace Experience Champion by identifying ways to elevate comfort, service standards, and ambiance in collaboration with the Workplace Experience team. • Delivers a high-touch hospitality experience for VIP guests and visitors. • Supports meeting and event hosting, guest engagement, meeting room readiness, and workplace hospitality services. • Acts as a Workplace Experience ambassador and ensures an exceptional guest journey. Requirements: • Can work independently with minimal supervision. • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Proactive, resourceful, and service-oriented mindset. • Previous experience in office support, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred. • Fluent in English (spoken and written). • Presentable and professional demeanor.
