Logistics Project Manager – GCC

Job Overview: The Logistics Project Manager – GCC will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics projects across the region, with a focus on live events and other time-critical shipments. The role will oversee the planning and execution of transportation, customs clearance, and delivery while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate end-to-end logistics projects across the GCC. • Plan and oversee the transportation, customs clearance, and delivery of event equipment and project cargo. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored logistics solutions. • Liaise with internal teams, customs brokers, transport providers, and other suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. • Monitor project timelines and proactively resolve operational issues, delays, or risks. • Prepare quotations and manage project budgets, job costing, invoicing, and profitability. • Ensure compliance with relevant customs regulations and cross-border transportation requirements. • Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to maximize revenue and business growth. • Prepare regular commercial and project performance reports. • Travel across the GCC as required to support projects and client requirements. Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in live events logistics, project logistics, freight forwarding, or a related industry within the GCC, with experience in KSA and/or Qatar preferred. • Proven experience managing complex and time-critical logistics projects. • Strong knowledge of GCC customs procedures, cross-border transportation, and regional logistics requirements. • Experience with quotations, job costing, invoicing, and project profitability. • Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to travel across the GCC as required.
