We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Payroll Assistant to manage the complete employee lifecycle and payroll functions for our real estate operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing, including WPS submissions, end-of-service calculations, and benefits administration . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and the specific needs of a fast-paced real estate environment, such as managing complex commission structures and multiple visas. Key Responsibilities: Payroll & Compliance • Full-Cycle Payroll Processing: Manage the complete monthly payroll cycle for all employees, from extracting attendance data to final salary disbursement. • UAE WPS Compliance: Prepare and submit Salary Information Files (SIF) for the Wage Protection System (WPS) via an approved bank or exchange house, ensuring full compliance with MOHRE regulations. • Regulatory Reporting: Process and reconcile contributions for GPSSA (General Pension and Social Security Authority) for eligible staff. • End of Service (EOS) Benefits: Accurately calculate and process employee End of Service gratuity and final settlements in strict accordance with UAE Labor Law. • Payroll Adjustments: Verify and process all payroll adjustments, including overtime, commissions, incentives, deductions, and leave encashments. • Payroll Audits: Generate payroll variance reports and management summaries, and support internal and external payroll audits. HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle: • Visa & Government Processing: Manage the complete visa, medical, and Emirates ID process for employees, including new applications, renewals, and cancellations via MOHRE and ICP portals. • Insurance Administration: Handle the full company and employee insurance renewals (e.g., Medical, WMC, Business Policy) and manage employee insurance claims and cancellations. • Leave Management: Calculate and manage employee leave balances, encashments, and adjustments. • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR databases, and personnel files. • Onboarding & Offboarding: Support recruitment coordination and manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing contracts and handling all related documentation. Stakeholder Collaboration: • Payroll Queries: Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll, benefits, and HR-related inquiries. • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with the Finance and Accounting departments on payroll reconciliation and reporting. Key Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience (typically 3–5 years) in HR operations and payroll processing, with specific experience in the UAE real estate industry preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of mandatory experience in a similar role within the UAE, with a deep understanding of local labor laws and HR compliance procedures. • Deep knowledge of the WPS (Wage Protection System) and hands-on experience in payroll processing. • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law regarding leave, overtime, and especially End of Service (EOS) gratuity calculations. • Experience managing employee medical insurance and visa processes in the UAE. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) are mandatory.
