Job Summary: The role will oversee the daily administrative backbone of human resources by managing end-to-end employee lifecycles, payroll, and benefits. This role ensures HR data integrity, compliance with regional labor laws, and drives process automation to optimize the overall employee experience. Key Accountabilities: HR Service Delivery: Manage day-to-day HR operations, from new-hire onboarding to offboarding. Ensure requests (like leave, benefits, and contracts) meet established service level agreements (SLAs). Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate with Finance and external vendors to guarantee accurate, on-time payroll processing and statutory deductions. Manage benefits administration, claims, and annual open enrollment. HRIS & Data Governance: Oversee the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), maintaining data accuracy, user permissions, and organizational hierarchies. Compliance & Risk: Ensure policies adhere to local employment regulations and conduct regular compliance audits. Process Improvement: Standardize HR workflows, map out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and recommend technology to reduce manual workloads. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor the HR operations staff Qualifications & Experience: • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience: Typically 5 to 10 years in HR operations, with at least 2 to 4 years in a supervisory capacity. • Technical: Hands-on experience with major HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or local regional systems) and payroll software. • Certifications: Professional certifications like SHRM-CP, PHR, or CIPD are a strong plus.
