Role Description The Warehouse Manager at Legado dos Mentores will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory levels, timely stock movements, and efficient order processing. This part-time, remote role involves coordinating receiving, storage, and dispatch activities with on-site staff, maintaining documentation, and optimizing workflows and procedures. The Warehouse Manager will use digital tools to monitor stock, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports on inventory status and operational efficiency. The role also includes collaborating with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams, addressing discrepancies, and supporting continuous improvement in warehouse processes while adhering to safety and compliance standards.
