You'll run a high-volume FMCG warehouse under real pressure — inbound, outbound, and inventory accuracy — leading a team that needs decisive, hands-on direction. Peak harvest season brings long hours and weekend work. If you need a 9-to-5, this isn't it. Responsibilities • Own end-to-end warehouse operations: inbound, storage, outbound, and inventory accuracy • Run FIFO/FEFO/JIT inventory control with a zero-tolerance standard for stock variance • Lead and hold the warehouse team accountable — set KPIs, track them, and report weekly • Coordinate daily with procurement, production, logistics, and quality to prevent delays • Enforce food safety, hygiene, and warehouse safety standards consistently • Maintain and audit SOPs; track inventory in real time via SAP Required Skills • Minimum 8 years of warehouse management experience in FMCG (food sector preferred) • Proven track record leading teams in high-volume, time-sensitive operations • Working knowledge of SAP and WMS • Available for extended hours and weekends during peak season A Strong Plus • Ability to command the floor through presence and results, not title Compensation Competitive, based on experience To Apply • Send your CV to [email protected] with the subject line: "Warehouse Manager Application" Show more Show less
