Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will handle day-to-day activities including prospecting and generating leads, conducting property viewings, and managing client inquiries for both sales and rentals. Qualifications • Relevant Real Estate License and up-to-date knowledge of UAE real estate regulations and procedures. • Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, particularly within Dubai and Abu Dhabi markets. • Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, closing deals, and working toward performance targets. • Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on client satisfaction, responsiveness, and clear communication. • Proficiency in property listing platforms, basic CRM tools, and standard office software (e.g., MS Office). • Solid understanding of local market trends, property valuation, and investment considerations. • Strong interpersonal skills, professional presentation, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. • Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage. • Previous real estate experience in the UAE is preferred; valid UAE driving license is beneficial.
