Role Description The Real Estate Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves sourcing, listing, and marketing properties, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements. The agent will manage leads, follow up with prospective buyers and tenants, negotiate offers, and prepare necessary documentation for successful transactions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market, coordinating with property management and sales teams, and ensuring that clients receive clear, accurate information and a positive service experience. Qualifications • Possession of a valid Real Estate License and practical knowledge of Real Property regulations and practices. • Demonstrated experience in Real Estate transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties. • Strong Sales skills, with the ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed performance targets. • Excellent Customer Service skills, with a client-focused approach and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage. • Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market and local regulatory requirements is highly beneficial. • Comfort with using CRM systems, property listing platforms, and basic office software. • Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and operate with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
