CRM Marketing Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through digital marketing by planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels. You will also analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve marketing results. Responsibilities • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels • Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns and advertising investments • Support lifecycle and CRM marketing activities, including email campaigns and automated workflows • Analyze campaign data and provide performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders • Collaborate with Product, Design, Sales, Operations, and external agencies to support growth initiatives • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a related field • Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Familiarity with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, advertising platforms, and analytics dashboards • Basic knowledge of SQL/Python is a plus • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Comfortable working independently with strong ownership and problem-solving skills Work Conditions • Hybrid work model with high flexibility for remote work • USD-paid salary Show more Show less
