Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel Position Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, business-facing role providing pragmatic legal support across commercial, project, and corporate matters. The role is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, partnering closely with stakeholders across the business, and taking ownership of legal matters from start to finish while helping support the company's continued growth. Key Responsibilities • Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements (EPC, O&M, supply, services, NDAs, partnerships) • Support project development, transactions, and financing documentation • Advise on corporate structuring and governance matters • Manage external counsel where required • Provide practical, day-to-day legal guidance to internal stakeholders • Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks Requirements • 7–10 years’ post-qualification experience • Proven UAE legal experience (essential) • Commonwealth-qualified lawyer (UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada) • Training and/or post-qualification experience with a leading international law firm • Strong background in commercial contracting and corporate law • Experience in energy, infrastructure, industrial, or construction sectors is highly advantageous • Comfortable operating autonomously within a lean team • Commercial, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented approach Show more Show less
