About the Role We are looking for commercially-minded Legal Counsel who will be responsible for contract drafting and negotiation, company formation and structuring, governance and company secretarial matters, trademarks and intellectual property. The Ideal candidate • Has professional qualifications in Common Law jurisdiction (e.g. UK, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa or similar) • Has 6–8 years PQE and strong experience within real estate, property development or construction • Has strong track record in complex commercial contracting and negotiations • Has experience advising on property/construction/real estate businesses • Has exposure to multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments Show more Show less
