Senior Retail Sales Executive

CONMIX - Plaster & Paints Division We are seeking an experienced sales professional for our Plaster and Paints Division, with a strong background in paints, plasters, coatings, and related building materials. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of relevant UAE sales experience, an established network of dealers, retailers, and building-material traders, and a proven ability to achieve sales, revenue, and collection targets. The role requires a self-driven professional who can independently manage key accounts, develop new business opportunities, and build long-term customer relationships to support sustainable market growth. Requirements • 5–10 years of relevant sales experience in the plaster, paints, coatings, or related building materials industry • Strong UAE market network across dealers, retailers, hardware stores, and building-material traders • Proven track record of achieving sales, revenue, collection, and growth targets • Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and expand market presence • Experience in managing and strengthening relationships with key dealers, strategic customers, and major accounts • Ability to independently manage key accounts, prepare sales plans, and drive business growth • Strong commercial awareness, negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills • Good understanding of UAE market trends, customer requirements, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics • Ability to provide regular market feedback, monitor collections, and support sales forecasting and planning Show more Show less
