In this role, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end campus and early careers recruitment, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract and hire top emerging talent. You will act as a trusted advisor to the business, ensuring an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience while meeting agreed service levels, recruitment targets, and compliance requirements. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional with experience in graduate, internship, apprentice, or early talent hiring who is passionate about candidate experience and stakeholder engagement. Key Accountabilities Recruitment Delivery • Manage end-to-end Early Careers and Campus recruitment processes across graduate, internship, apprentice, and entry-level hiring programmes. • Deliver recruitment activities in line with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and hiring targets. • Lead vacancy consultation discussions and develop recruitment plans with hiring managers. • Collaborate with campus recruitment teams to deliver high-quality candidate shortlists and assessment centre outcomes. • Support hiring managers throughout the selection, offer, and onboarding process. • Ensure successful onboarding of all hires within agreed timelines. • Support diversity, equity and inclusion hiring objectives where applicable. • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Stakeholder Management • Build and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers and business stakeholders. • Act as a recruitment advisor, providing guidance on attraction strategies, market insights, and recruitment best practices. • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment delivery. • Participate in governance meetings and regular stakeholder reviews. • Anticipate stakeholder challenges and proactively deliver solutions. Internal Collaboration • Work closely with Team Leads, Managers, Coordinators, and offshore recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery. • Monitor recruitment funnel metrics and proactively identify and address bottlenecks. • Collaborate with wider Centre of Excellence and delivery teams to ensure a smooth candidate and client experience. • Support Coordinators by sharing best practices and providing guidance on recruitment processes and client culture. • Support reporting and data requests for leadership teams. Technology & Compliance • Ensure candidate and requisition records are accurately maintained across ATS and recruitment systems. • Track candidate activity and recruitment updates in real time. • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, client requirements, and internal governance standards. • Identify, escalate, and mitigate recruitment and compliance risks appropriately. • Maintain high levels of data accuracy and reporting integrity. Skills & Requirements Essential Experience • Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment processes within an agency, RPO, or in-house talent acquisition environment. • Previous experience recruiting for Early Careers, Campus, Graduate, Internship, Apprentice, or Emerging Talent programmes. • Experience partnering with hiring managers and managing stakeholder relationships. • Understanding of campus attraction strategies, including career events, networking, social media campaigns, and university engagement. • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology platforms. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
