Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role located in Abu Dhabi. The Real Estate Agent will support clients throughout the property transaction process, including property search, viewings, negotiations, contract preparation, and closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and listing properties, conducting market research, maintaining updated property portfolios, and coordinating with developers, landlords, and tenants. The role involves providing high-quality customer service, advising clients on market trends and investment opportunities, and ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations. The Real Estate Agent will also manage documentation, maintain accurate records in company systems, and collaborate with the team to achieve sales and leasing targets. Qualifications • Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Estate regulations and practices in the UAE. • Candidates should possess skills in Sales, with proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed performance targets. • Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including client relationship building, communication, and problem-solving. • Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Property concepts, including valuation, leasing, and property management fundamentals. • Relevant experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar brokerage or property management role in Abu Dhabi or the wider UAE market. • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is an advantage. • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • Proficiency with CRM systems, property listing platforms, and basic office software; valid UAE driving license is preferred.
