Role Description: Coordinate and cooperate effectively with all site participants and lead the site team to achieve the completion date of each activity. Responsibilities: • Finish all online site transactions on Dubai Building Permits System (BPS) and Dubai Municipality portal. • Study all Drawings, Specifications and Quality Plan and Client requirements to get the needed data for implementing work and requesting materials. • Preparing sketches and illustration Drawings to guide the foremen is regards to execution of work. • Coordinate and cooperate effectively with all site participants (Consultant – Dubai Municipality – Subcontractors – Company team) • Solving site problems if any. • Complying with schedule to meet the time frame in accordance the required specifications. • Lead the site team to achieve the completion date of each activity. • Follow up and inspect the work and hand it over to the consultant and the municipality. • Prepare project status reports by collecting and analyzing information. • Monitoring the daily works in accordance with QA/QC policies, performance, standards and specifications. • Preparing material requisitions. • Preparing daily programs report. • Coordination with safety team. • Preparing the short-term detailed schedules for Critical or Delayed activities in the project to Catchup measures. • Attending Kickoff and other meetings with Vendors and following up them to prepare and submit the Work Schedule, engineering and procurement schedules in line with the project requirements. Education & Experience: • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering /Construction or related discipline. • 7+ years of experience as a Project Engineer in construction/contracting. • UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
