Digital Marketing Specialist

Tazweed is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to drive marketing activities, strengthen our brand, and generate qualified B2B leads for our recruitment and workforce solutions in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, lead generation, and performance marketing, with the ability to manage campaigns independently and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. • Generate qualified B2B leads targeting HR teams, hiring managers, business owners, and corporate decision-makers. • Manage social media, content campaigns, website marketing, landing pages, SEO, and SEM activities. • Build and optimize lead-generation funnels to improve conversion rates. • Work closely with Recruitment and Business Development teams to convert marketing leads into business opportunities. • Monitor campaign performance, marketing budgets, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, ROAS, and ROMI. • Conduct competitor and UAE market analysis and identify new growth opportunities. • Coordinate marketing content, creative materials, agencies, and external suppliers when required. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience. • UAE marketing experience is strongly preferred. • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and B2B lead generation. • Good knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing. • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Manager, and marketing reporting tools. • Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and ROMI. • Experience with landing pages and lead-generation funnels. • Strong analytical, communication, and campaign management skills. • Strong English communication skills.
