Position Real Estate Consultant – Abu Dhabi Teams: Off-Plan & Secondary Market Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE What We Offer • Attractive commission structure of 50%–70% • Monthly financial support for the first 3 months, subject to company policy • UAE Employment Visa • Medical Insurance • Company SIM Card & Laptop • Professional photography and videography support • Premium property portal listings and marketing support • Ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship • Strong management and operational support • Career growth opportunities within an expanding brokerage Key Responsibilities • Generate new business through networking, referrals, lead generation, and prospecting. • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors. • Conduct property viewings and provide professional market guidance. • Negotiate offers and manage transactions from initial inquiry through closing. • Maintain strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market, communities, and developments. • Manage your client pipeline and consistently work toward individual sales targets and KPIs. • Deliver a high standard of service throughout the client journey.
