Business Development Manager – HORECA Sector | B2B Sales Company: Zocoa Group Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Employment Type: Full-time Workplace: On-site Industry: Food & Beverage | FMCG | Premium Chocolates | HORECA About the Role The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and converting new B2B opportunities across the UAE HORECA market while developing existing customer accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE market knowledge, an established HORECA network, proven B2B sales experience, and the ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to account development. Key Responsibilities • Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B sales opportunities across hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, hospitality groups, and food service businesses. • Generate new leads through direct prospecting, networking, referrals, market research, field visits, and industry events. • Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement managers, purchasing teams, chefs, F&B managers, business owners, and other key decision-makers. • Present and promote Zocoa Group's products and solutions through client meetings, product presentations, tastings, and commercial discussions. • Manage the complete B2B sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, conversion, onboarding, and account development. • Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations, sales decks, proposals, and commercial presentations for client meetings, management reviews, business pitches, and other company requirements. • Deliver presentations confidently to clients, business partners, management, and other stakeholders. • Participate in Zocoa Group promotional, marketing, corporate, and social media videos when required and professionally represent the company, its products, and its brand. • Act as a professional representative of Zocoa Group during client meetings, exhibitions, events, presentations, video content, and other external business activities. • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers. • Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and business development targets. • Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, cross-selling, customized products, corporate requirements, and private-label solutions. • Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure timely and consistent follow-up with prospects and customers. • Coordinate with internal teams including Production, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth customer onboarding and order fulfilment. • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, pricing, and emerging opportunities within the UAE HORECA sector. • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, forecasts, customer information, and pipeline updates. • Provide regular business development, sales, and market feedback to management. Qualifications & Experience • Minimum 5 years of relevant UAE experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, or a similar commercial role. • Proven experience in HORECA, Food Service, FMCG, Hospitality, or Premium Consumer Products is strongly preferred. • Strong understanding of the UAE HORECA market and B2B sales environment. • Existing relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, hospitality groups, or food service businesses will be a strong advantage. • Proven track record of generating new business, acquiring customers, and achieving sales targets. • Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, communication, and closing skills. • Excellent relationship-management and interpersonal skills. • Arabic language proficiency is required. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred. • Strong commercial awareness with a proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach. • Additional Requirements • Valid UAE driving licence is preferred. • Willingness to travel across the UAE for client meetings, field visits, presentations, tastings, and business development activities. • Ability to independently manage client meetings, field sales activities, and customer relationships. • Ability to work effectively with internal teams and manage multiple business opportunities simultaneously.
