Role Description ▪️ Generate and close high value luxury hospitality & residential deals ▪️ Build a strong and consistent project pipeline ▪️ Lead proposals, pitches & contract negotiations ▪️ Represent our brand at top industry events & exhibitions ▪️ Deliver market insights and regular sales reports ▪️ Grow and mentor a BD team as the division scales Qualifications ▪️ 7–10+ years of Business Development experience in luxury design, fitout, and interiors, with an exclusive focus on high end hospitality and luxury residential projects. ▪️ Strong existing network in the UAE or KSA (is strong advantage) luxury segment ▪️ Deep knowledge of the UAE, KSA (is strong advantage) high end residential market ▪️ Consultative & solution-based sales approach ▪️ Polished communication style for high end clientele ▪️ Entrepreneurial mindset you build, not just manage ▪️ English fluent, Arabic is a strong advantage Show more Show less

Polished communication style for high end clientele. Entrepreneurial mindset you build, not just manage. English fluent, Arabic is a strong advantage.
