Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Business Development Manager to lead commercial growth across the UAE. This role focuses specifically on winning interior fitout contracts within the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, and Retail sectors. The ideal candidate brings deep local market expertise, a proven track record of securing high-value fitout packages, and an established network of industry contacts to drive immediate pipeline growth. Key Responsibilities • Market Expansion & Lead Generation: Identify, target, and win new interior fitout opportunities across F&B outlets, hotels, restaurants, and retail spaces throughout the UAE. • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including project management consultants, architects, interior designers, commercial real estate brokers, and asset managers. • Pipeline & Revenue Ownership: Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from initial lead generation and pre-qualification through to tender submission, contract negotiation, and close. • Tender & Pitch Collaboration: Work closely with the estimation, design, and commercial teams to prepare competitive, high-quality proposals tailored to client requirements. • Brand Representation: Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry seminars to enhance market presence and brand awareness. Requirements & Qualifications • Experience: Minimum 10 years of overall experience in business development within the construction or interior fitout sector. • Regional Expertise: Strong, direct experience within the UAE market is essential. • Sector Focus: Proven track record of securing contracts specifically in Food & Beverage (F&B), Hospitality, and Retail fitouts. • Network: An existing, active client base and network of key industry influencers across the GCC/UAE is highly advantageous. • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of procurement processes, tender documentation, contract terms, and project costings. • Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
