Information Technology Project Manager

We’re Hiring | Project Manager – Information Technology Emirates Drug Establishment (EDE) is looking for an experienced Project Manager – IT to support the delivery of key technology and digital initiatives across the organisation. The role will be responsible for managing IT projects end-to-end, working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery within agreed scope, timeline, budget and quality requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and digital projects • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies • Coordinate business, IT, cybersecurity and vendor stakeholders • Manage enterprise system implementation, integration, testing, UAT and deployment • Establish strong project governance and management reporting • Manage technology vendors and implementation partners • Ensure effective transition from project delivery to operational support Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field • 10–12 years of relevant experience • Minimum 7 years of IT project management experience • Strong experience in enterprise systems, digital platforms and/or systems integration • Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities • PMP or equivalent certification preferred • Agile / Scrum or ITIL certification would be an advantage • Government, regulatory, healthcare or pharmaceutical-sector experience is an advantage We are looking for a delivery-focused professional who can take ownership of complex technology projects and drive them successfully from planning through implementation and go-live. 📍 Location: UAE Qualified candidates are invited to apply through LinkedIn.
