Project Manager – Enterprise Digital Platform

Responsibilities • Own the delivery plan, milestones, and critical path for a fixed-deadline implementation. • Manage client stakeholders, steering meetings, status reporting, and escalations. • Coordinate cross-functional teams (BA, architecture, development, QA, DevOps) across all phases. • Drive scope, change, risk, and dependency management, including third-party integration dependencies. • Manage formal deliverable acceptance, UAT sign-off, and change-control processes for production deployment. • Plan and oversee knowledge transfer, training, and post-go-live support arrangements. Qualifications • Proven track record delivering custom software or workflow platforms in enterprise or public-sector environments. • Experience with formal governance: stage-gated delivery, milestone-based acceptance, structured change control. • Strong command of project tooling (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps) and delivery methodologies (hybrid/agile/waterfall). • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at senior leadership level. • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification. • Available to work onsite in Abu Dhabi full-time.
