Architect

Role Description We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Architect to contribute to the development of thoughtful, functional, and visually compelling architectural solutions. The role involves translating design concepts into practical architectural outcomes while balancing aesthetics, functionality, technical requirements, sustainability, and project objectives. Key responsibilities include developing architectural concepts and design proposals, preparing drawings and presentation materials, coordinating design details, and ensuring consistency throughout the design process. The Architect will work closely with relevant stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to communicate design intent, resolve technical considerations, and support the successful delivery of projects. The role also requires reviewing architectural documentation, identifying design and coordination issues, proposing effective solutions, and maintaining a high standard of quality across design outputs. A strong understanding of architectural principles, building systems, materials, and contemporary design practices is essential. The successful candidate should demonstrate creativity, sound design judgment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to approach architectural challenges with a practical and solution-oriented mindset. Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline. • Strong understanding of architectural design principles, spatial planning, building systems, materials, and construction methods. • Proficiency in relevant architectural design and documentation software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar platforms. • Ability to develop design concepts and translate them into clear architectural drawings, layouts, and presentations. • Strong visual, creative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. • Good understanding of architectural detailing, technical documentation, and design coordination. • Strong attention to accuracy, proportion, composition, and detail. • Ability to communicate architectural ideas clearly through drawings, presentations, and written communication. • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and respond constructively to design feedback. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple design requirements and priorities. • Knowledge of relevant building regulations, codes, standards, accessibility principles, and sustainability considerations. • A proactive, adaptable, and professional approach to design challenges. • Strong commitment to design quality, functionality, and continuous improvement. • Show more Show less
