ArchitectRole Description We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design functional, sustainable, and aesthetically appealing buildings and spaces that meet client requirements and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients, engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams throughout all project phases, from conceptual design to construction completion. The Architect will conduct site evaluations, review project feasibility, coordinate design development, monitor project progress, and resolve technical or design-related issues to ensure successful project delivery. The position also involves preparing presentations, reviewing construction documents, supporting contract administration, managing design revisions, and identifying opportunities to improve project quality, functionality, sustainability, and cost efficiency. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Architecture or a related discipline. • Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building systems, construction methods, and structural coordination. • Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, accessibility standards, and construction documentation requirements. • Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM, or similar applications. • Ability to prepare and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. • Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams. • Commitment to sustainable design, innovation, quality assurance, and professional architectural standards. • Ability to manage multiple design projects while meeting established deadlines and project objectives. • Show more Show less
