🏗️ WE’RE HIRING: ARCHITECT 📍 Location: Businessbay Dubai, UAE 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site Role Description We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing drawings and presentations, coordinating with consultants and project teams, and ensuring that designs meet project requirements, applicable regulations, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings • Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, and architectural presentations • Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other consultants • Review and update drawings based on project requirements and site conditions • Prepare documentation for authority submissions and approvals • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams • Attend site visits and assist with resolving design and technical issues • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and authority requirements • Assist in material, finish, and specification selection • Ensure projects are delivered according to quality, design, and schedule requirements Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field • Proven experience as an Architect, preferably within the UAE • Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction documentation • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, Lumion, Photoshop, BIM or equivalent software • Knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority requirements is an advantage • Strong understanding of construction materials, detailing, and building systems • Excellent design, presentation, and technical drawing skills • Strong communication and coordination abilities • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • UAE experience is preferred Show more Show less
