If you’re someone who takes initiative, values continuous learning, and thrives in a collaborative setting JOB DESCRIPTION • Own and manage the product roadmap, backlog, and priorities for Cargo systems. • Gather and define business requirements for cargo initiatives and system enhancements. • Work closely with business users, development, QA, Vendors, and other IT teams ensuring transparency and alignment. • Collaborates closely with architects and engineers to ensure proposed solutions are technically viable and align with enterprise architecture. • Create and prioritize user stories, manage sprint activities, and support Agile deliveries. • Reviews acceptance criteria, review deliverables, and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure product quality. • Oversee system enhancements, integrations, testing, and release activities. • Monitor product performance, resolve business issues, and drive continuous improvement. • Ensure solutions align with business goals and deliver operational and commercial value. • Facilitates smooth adoption of new features by working with change management teams and providing necessary documentation/training. 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Aviation/Air Cargo domain; Experience owning product roadmaps and backlogs for cargo systems; Experience in agile delivery, including creating user stories and managing sprints.
