Project Manager (Building Projects)

Role Purpose: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Building Projects to lead the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects, ensuring completion within approved budget, schedule, quality, and safety standards. The role requires strong leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the overall delivery of building construction projects from mobilization to completion and handover. • Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management activities. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams. • Develop and monitor project execution plans and construction strategies. • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contracts, and regulations. • Manage project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management. • Oversee construction, engineering, procurement, and subcontractor activities. • Ensure effective implementation of QA/QC and HSE standards. • Manage project handover, testing, commissioning, and close-out activities. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. • PMP certification is preferred. • 15+ years of experience in building construction projects. • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large-scale building projects. • Proven UAE/GCC experience with major building projects. • Contractor-side experience is highly preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
